We take care of all your bookkeeping and administration needs. You can choose to scan and upload all your documents to our secure server, or you can gather them in old fashion paper, and we pick them up from your place, scan and process them, and deliver them back to you, perfectly organized and archived, both in paper and digital files.
We agree with you, the most convenient time frame to take care of your bookkeeping, reconciling bank accounts and credit cards, investigate eventual discrepancies, prepare your payroll and remittances, prepare the GST/HST filings, always before the deadline of your required filing frequency (monthly, quarterly, yearly), and, annually, we take care of the T4s, filing your personal, business and/or corporate income taxes, T5020 for your contractors, and provide you, on an agreed timeframe, with relevant financial information. If needed, we can prepare business plans, personal proof of income and net worth statements.
When your business grows out from a simple personal operation, we can help you incorporate and manage the new corporation.
